            This project takes industrial boric acid and non-boric acid sodium salt as raw material to produce finished products of sodium octaborate tetrahydrate through batching, mixing, dissolving, condensation polymerization, powder preparation and packaging.

            II. Technical Advancement

            This process opened up one brand new raw material formula and powder preparation process route, changed batching mode matching with boric acid and borax and production route using high-speed centrifugal spray drying to realize condensation polymerization and powder preparation, not only reducing reaction temperature, saving production cost, but also effectively increasing product is dissolving performance. B content of the produced product can reach 20-20.5%, and dissolving speed in cold water does not exceed 3min.
