I. Process Introduction:
First conduct pretreatment of magnesite or boric sludge, then digest clinker under certain conditions to achieve heavy magnesium water through carbonization and filtration. Under certain conditions, pyrolyze heavy magnesium water to achieve basic magnesium carbonate precipitation, then perform filtration and drying to achieve light magnesium carbonate. Conduct heat treatment of magnesium carbonate wet cake to achieve magnesium oxide. Adjust process conditions to produce nanometer grade high-purity magnesium oxide or highly active magnesium oxide.
II. Technical Advancement:
Magnesium conversion rate is over 85%, product is main content: magnesium carbonate 41-42.5% (calculated according to MgO); and magnesium oxide is within 96.5%-99.5%. The produced active nanometer grade magnesium oxide has iodine adsorption value 165mgI2/gMgO, and average particle diameter 26nm.
III. Market Prospect:
Magnesium salt products represented by magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate have prospecting international market situation, Chinese annual export volume accounts for about 60% of aggregate production, belonging to the important products earning foreign exchange through export.
