I. Production Principle:
Calcine dolomite under certain temperature conditions, then produce industrial magnesium oxide, high-purity magnesium oxide, active magnesium oxide and other magnesium oxide series products through digestion, edulcoration, kiln gas purification and compression, carbonization, filtration, pyrolyzation, separation, drying, calcination and grading packaging. The waste residue generated in filtration procedure is magnesium-containing calcium carbonate, after further treatment, prepare super-fine light calcium carbonate product.
Intermediate product prepared during production is basic magnesium carbonate, light magnesium carbonate product can be produced through drying, pulverizing and packaging.
II. Product Purpose:
Magnesium oxide is mainly used in manufacturing ceramics, enamel, refractory material, etc.; used as filler during manufacturing grinding material, adhesive and paint; used as accelerant and catalyst in artificial fiber and rubber (chloroprene rubber, fluorine rubber); widely applied in medicine and food fields; in building material industry, magnesium oxide can be used to produce and manufacture magnesium-containing special cement and heat insulation board; in agriculture, it is used as fertilizer and feed addictive; in chemical industry, it is used in manufacturing metal magnesium and magnesium chemical; in environmental protection field it is used in water treatment and flue gas desulphurization; in addition, it is also widely applied in glass, dye, electric cable, metallurgy, electronic, electrician, insulating material, petroleum addictive, casting, phenolic aldehyde plastics and other industries.
Magnesium carbonate can be used as good filler and reinforcing agent of rubber product or heat insulating, heat resisting and fire-proof material. Light magnesium carbonate is good insulating material, which is used in shipbuilding, boiler manufacturing and other departments. In addition, it is widely applied in advanced glass products, magnesium salt, pigment, paint, fire-proof material, printing ink, ceramics, cosmetics, toothpaste, domestic chemical and medicine, food and other fields.

Medical, food grade magnesium oxide. Ton product comprehensive production cost (including tax) is about 7,000 Yuan, and factory price is 15,000 Yuan/t;
Industrial grade magnesium oxide. Ton product comprehensive production cost (including tax) is about 6,500 Yuan, and factory price is 9,500-12,000 Yuan/t;
Industrial grade magnesium carbonate. Ton product comprehensive production cost (including tax) is about 2,500 Yuan, and factory price is 3,500-4,500 Yuan/t.
V. Product Quality:
Industrial magnesium oxide is in conformity with HG/T2573-2006 standard; highly active magnesium oxide is in conformity with HT/T3928-2007 standard; medical (food) grade magnesium oxide is in conformity with the standard of 2010 Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China; and industrial light magnesium carbonate is in conformity with HG/T2959-2000 standard.
